Claudia Leopold, PMHNP-BC, is a compassionate and experienced psychiatric nurse practitioner dedicated to helping you feel better and live more fully. With over 15 years in healthcare and a strong foundation in mental health, Claudia brings both clinical expertise and a deeply human approach to care. She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, OCD, Bipolar, Schizophrenia, and other mental health challenges—and has a special focus on supporting professionals in high-stress roles, including veterans, healthcare workers, teachers, and first responders. Fluent in Spanish, Claudia is committed to making care accessible, personalized, and culturally responsive. She founded her practice to offer thoughtful, nonjudgmental support in a space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to heal. Claudia graduated with high honors from Nova Southeastern University and is a proud member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, reflecting her commitment to excellence in both academics and patient care. Fun fact: When she’s not caring for patients, Claudia loves biking, gardening, cooking, reading, and spending time with her family.

Learn how your genetic makeup may impact your mental health and response to psychiatric medications. During our visit, we can discuss whether genetic testing is right for you and, if appropriate, order testing to support a more personalized treatment plan.
Step 1. Complete your intake visit to review current symptoms, psychiatric history, lifestyle, social factors, and medical conditions for a comprehensive assessment. More than 1 visit may be necessary to complete the interview.
Step 2. Have your provider administer Genesight Test at the office or ship to your home.
Step 3. Meet with your provider to discuss the interpretation, receive feedback, and create a treatment plan that aligns with your goals.
